Rev Benigno Speaks on Behalf of PFWBC PhilippinesBulletins
New Beginnings Community Church had its best attendance yet with atleast 96 in the morning service today. Rev. Joseph Benigno was with us and shared about what is happening half way around the world in the Philippines. We were very blessed by his message, video and pictures that he shared with us. The main focus of his message dealt with the importance of missions in the local church and challeges people to be involved in carrying the Gospel outside the doors of the church, into the communities and beyond.
One project that was on the forefront was that of the Christian Children's School in Lidlidda and Ramon, Philippines. New Beginnings started working with PFWBC-Philippines on these projects a couple of years ago. Today, we learned of the progress and shared in the excitement of what the Lord is doing in this program. The schools are in need of help for several items such as computers. a play ground in Ramon' school supplies and help with teachers living expenses. New Beginnings rose to the challenge raising nearly $1900 for this worthy cause. Pastor Ray will visit the work when he visits the Philippines again along with Rev. Benigno. Thanks to everyone who helped in this special project. Rev. Benigno serves as the National Liason Officer to the PFWBC-USA and as President of Harvesters Bible Academy.
